CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at LLB. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be subject to a $100 fee to cover services booked. We understand that things happen, however it is incredibly hard to fill a spot so last minute and our artists do not get paid when an appointment is missed. We respect our clients time, so we just ask that you respect our Artists as well as other clients who may want your appointment slot. If you have booked your appointment with less than 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments or call before 24 hours notice without contacting us to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file as well as a 50% deposit to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to late cancel your appointments. Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked. We allow for two rescheduled appointments, no later than 48 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Anything after 48 hours notice will be subject to deposit forfeiture. Anything after two rescheduled appointments, you will be required to either put another $100 deposit on file or pay in full per the artists' discretion. If you need to reschedule more than three times, any deposits paid will not be refunded. If you desire to book a future appointment at LLB after 3 reschedules, you will need to contact LLB directly and speak with the owner, Alyssa. While we understand things happen, chronic reschedules are an inconvenience & disruptive to our artists bookings.
